Dinner & a Movie
Dinner & a Movie is our flagship ministry to the homeless. Each Wednesday night our doors open at 3:30 and we welcome any and all of our homeless friends in the city to join us and hang out while we watch a movie, cook dinner together, play games together, and just sit together as a family. We serve food promptly at 6 and the doors usually shut by 7:30.
We also use this opportunity to provide HIV/STD screening, OBGYN care, mental health care, podiatry care, and general medical care through the brand new Clinic at Canvas, a volunteer medical service in partnership with the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences, ARCare, Little Rock Community Mental Health, and many more wonderful doctors and nurses.
